I just found out that a guy I was good friends with in elementary school shot himself. He was one of the nicest guys I knew then. We drifted apart after elementary, and we didn't really ever talk in high school or after, except for once when we ran into each other some time about a year or two after we graduated. My memories of him are fuzzy.
I don't quite know how to react. He hasn't been part of my life for ages. But it's still shocking and disturbing. And I still don't know, and may never know, why. That's hard.

Was he in Natural Helpers training with us? That is probably my most recent memory of him.
Also, I can't find any information beyond a very small number of facebook statuses. This post told me more than I knew before. Do you know anything more than what you posted?
I'm in the same situation as Claudie (this is the first place I heard about it), so yeah, please e-mail me if you have any other information.
That's all I know. I heard from a friend who heard from a friend. I think Natural Helpers did happen, but I couldn't swear to it. Last I checked there's nothing online about it or about him.
